Sometimes it's hard not to worry, however your inner emotions have a tendency to impact your outer attitude. By worrying, you risk impacting your attitude and actions with the idea that you won't achieve what your after. In a sense, you're just asking for the thing you want the least. Of course there will always be those chances you don't make it, or the risks you take that could backfire. You are allowed to acknowledge them, but if you impart anxiety and fear towards the acknowledgement, all of a sudden you're opening up the doorway a little more for those things to happen. Learn how to acknowledge the possibility of failure, but not let it impact your emotions. I always try to be realistic with myself, my deadlines and what's achievable. But always, always act like the thing you want the most is going to happen, act like your going to succeed. If you let your emotions and attitude believe it, it's more likely to happen. |
