This advice is quite similar to a few things I've said before - probably because it's true and is the simplest way to start seeing more achievements! If you're ever feeling like you're not good enough at something, or not creative enough then that's exactly the reason why you aren't. Simply feeling that way is the first place you've gone wrong. Here's how it works, your attitude directly affects your expectations; you don't feel like you're good enough so you don't expect to be good enough. Your expectations directly affect your behaviour; you don't expect to be good enough so you act like you aren't good enough, you don't try as hard, you lose confidence. Your behaviour then ultimately affects your results; you don't act like you're good enough so of course you don't see good enough results. This never-ending circle can change simply by altering that first step. Tell yourself you are good enough! Physically let yourself believe you can, what's the worst that can happen? Instantly your expectations are heightened, your behaviour is improved to gain the achievements you expect to get and tada! results achieved :) |
