Now obviously, only working 5 minutes a day on a big project is not going o help you. This advice is more directed at those background projects you never seem to find time for. Something you've always wanted to achieve but it's never been enough of a priority to make it to the top of your to do list. I believe that we will always have spare time. How about instead of just staring at clouds on the bus ride, or scrolling through Facebook, or stirring a pot hopelessly waiting for dinner to cook, you use those minutes to start that project. Even if you achieve something as simple as creating a list for what you need to do next, you've still achieved something! And once you add up 5 minutes a day, before you know it you've found an extra few hours to work on the never-before-achieveable project. |
